Wetting, washing and dispersing agents

KAPPAWET AKA	Detergent, anionic, low foaming, preferably for strongly alkaline continuous pretreatment processes, easy to rinse off
KAPPAWET BOS	Detergent, nonionic, low foaming, pronounced emulsifying action, resistant to approx. 150 ml/l NaOH 38°Bé
KAPPAWET ELASTIC GA	Detergent to remove deposits such as e.g. Silicones, paraffin waxes and mineral oils. Particularly suitable for fabrics with elastane. Suitable for application in continuous and discontinuous processes.
KAPPAWET FCW	Highly effective wetting agent for finishes with fluorocarbon and for the subsequent impregnation of coated materials
KAPPAWET LFE	Silicone-free, low foaming wetting and emulsifying agent as well as cleaning agents for natural and synthetic fibers, especially suitable for tough deposits such as greases, oils, waxes, paraffins and silicones
KAPPAWET MRC	Foam-free mercerizing agent, free from phenol and cresol, resistant to 34° Bé caustic soda
KAPPAWET S 04	Surfactant for foam coating, produces very fine and stable foams, for example for use in carpet backing
KAPPAWET SN	Universal, highly effective wetting agent, excelent effects over the entire pH and temperature range
KAPPWET SPED	Universal wetting agent for discontinuous pretreatment and dyeing processes, free of silicone defoamers, produces very good hydrophilic properties of the fabric
KAPPAWET T 37	Very good, low foaming wetting agent and detergent, resistant to approx. 100 ml/l NaOH 38° Bé. No residues on the goods; especially suitable for discontinuous bleaching processes
KAPPAWET TGA	Low foaming wetting agent and detergent with very good emulsifying effect, very cost-effective
KAPPAWET TOP	Low-foaming wetting and washing agent for pre-treatment and bleaching
KAPPASPERSE BE 16	To increase the contrast in denim treatment. Reduces the staining of the weft thread and pocket lining

Complexing and dispersing agents

KAPPAQUEST A 41	Excellent dispersing action and complexation of metal ions, without demetallization of metal complex dyes
KAPPAQUEST FE	Biodegradable complexing agent, especially for iron and copper ions
KAPPAQUEST K 83	Versatile sequestering and dispersing agent, without demetallization of metal complex dyes
KAPPAQUEST P 73	Complexing agent with dispersing effect. Silicate-free peroxide stabilizer
KAPPAQUEST S 12	Special product acid pre-treatment for demineralization and subsequent alkaline peroxide bleaching of cotton
KAPPASPERSE BPE	Highly concentrated low-foaming wetting, washing and dispersing agent for enhancement of denim contrast. Improves rubbing fastness, reduces staining of the white cotton weft, especially problematic polyester / cotton fabrics during desizing and stonewashing
KAPPASPERSE LB 18 NEW	Wetting, washing and dispersing agent to improve the contrast of jeans fabrics. Reduces staining of the white cotton weft by unfixed indigo dyestuff
KAPPASPERSE OS 17	Wetting, washing and dispersing agent to improve the contrast of jeans fabrics. Reduces staining of cotton weft and pocket lining by unfixed Indigo dyestuff
KAPPAFOS D11	Activated, highly effective powder product to increase the action of dispersing, complexing, cleaning and washing agents

Stabilizers

KAPPAZON H 53	Peroxide stabilizer, silicate-free, binds heavy metal ions
KAPPAZON K 55	Peroxide stabilizer, contains silicate, but does not form deposits. Suitable for all pad-batch processes, similar action as sodium silicate
KAPPASALT PK 3	Powdered, buffer and stabilizer, with anticorrosive effect for bleaching with sodium chlorite

Reducing agent

KAPPATEX R 98	Powdery, stable product, for reductive cleaning of Polyester and for other cleaning and stripping, reductive bleaching processes or for sulfur dyeing
KAPPATEX RBL-N	Reductive, low-dust bleaching agent for cellulose, wool and polyamide
KAPPATEX RNS	Liquid reducing agent for reductive cleaning of Polyester in acidic dye liquors. Improves all relevant fastness properties by removing the unfixed disperse dye

Defoamers

KAPPASOL AF 2000	Silicone-free, stable to shearing. Suitable for jet dyeing
KAPPASOL DF 68	Stable to shearing, self-emulsifying silicone

Dyeing and printing agents

KAPPAVON 209	Leveling and antifrosting agent for continuous dyeing and printing of Polyamide carpets and carpet yarns
KAPPAVON 230	Leveling and dispersing agent for dyeing of Wool and Polyamide with acid and metal complex dyes
KAPPAVON CL	Low-foaming, jet-stable crease preventer for all fibers
KAPPAVON FB	Leveling agent for dyeing of Polyester
KAPPAVON FCN	A special detergent for dyed Polyester. Suitable for the removal of oligomers. Can also be used as a special cleaning agent for dyes and dyestuff aggregates
KAPPAVON LD 360	Dispersant for dyeing of Cotton, Wool, Polyester and Polyamide. Resistant to high temperatures.
KAPPAVON TP	Leveling and dispersing agent for dyeing of Wool and Polyamide with acid and metal complex dyes

Enzymes

KAPPAZYM AP	Liquid catalase, destruction of residual peroxide from bleaching processes
KAPPAZYM MT	Liquid amylase for desising in middle temperature range
KAPPAZYM NT 120	Liquid amylase for desising in temperature range of 20 - 60°C, especially suitable for cold-pad-batch processes

Products for the improvement of wet fastness

KAPPAFIX FF 45	Improves the wet and rubbing fastness of indigo or sulfur dyes, for pre-cationizing pigmentation
KAPPAFIX FPU	Concentrated aftertreatment and reserving agent for Polyamide and printed products
KAPPAFIX FPA	Concentrated aftertreatment and reserving agent for Polyamide and high whiteness printed fabrics
KAPPAFIX GG	Wet fastness improver for dyed material and prints with direct or reactive dyes, formaldehyde-free
KAPPASOAP NSP	Post-soaping for reactive dyed material and prints, powdered

Buffer systems

KAPPACID AD	Acid doner and leveling agent for dyeing of Polyamide. Causes a gradual decrease in pH value as a function of the temperature during the dyeing process. Leads to a uniform absorption of the acid dyes
KAPPACID BSP	Biodegradable buffer solution for adjusting the pH value in liquors in the range of 4 - 7. Particularly suitable for biopolishing with acid cellulases and softeners
